Kaye holds a NM GB-98 Construction License and has been building for over 25 years.
She is a driving force in energy-efficient residential and small commercial construction projects in New Mexico.
Kaye holds degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico.
Michael Cecchini, CEM is A managing member with extensive entrepreneurial and business background.
He founded Sunergy, Inc. a renewable-energy company which he sold in 2009 to take a broader scope on energy-efficiency and conservation.
Michael has spent many years in the Energy Services Company (ESCO) business and is now consulting to public and private building owners providing energy- efficiency and engineering services industry.
Michael attended the Anderson School of Business at the University of New Mexico and is a Certified Energy Manager accredited through the National Association of Energy Engineers.
Bill Marshall, PhD, Chief Technology Officer, has spent his entire career developing, verifying and building renewable energy technologies as director of the Renewable Energy Department at Sandia National Laboratory (SNL) in Albuquerque, NM and as the deputy director at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Golden, CO.
Bill holds several advanced degrees in engineering with a PhD in Thermodynamics.
Don Swick PE, CEM, CEA, LEED AP has almost 40 years of experience performing design, specification and installation of HVAC and control systems.
He has extensive experience with energy auditing, energy analysis techniques, computer simulation for building envelopes, central plants, HVAC equipment, lighting and control systems.
Don’s other specialties include systems design and analysis including thermal storage systems, variable refrigerant flow, ground source heat pumps, and other renewal technologies including solar (thermal and PV), as well as Electrical Utility Demand Response application analysis.
